a blameless bruised cloud
painted leaves and broken dreams
holding on to hope
thank you
dear haiku family.
for sharing a glimpse of what you ache for.
as we all sail under the same moon-
it is no surprise to see that
for the most part-
we all ache for similar things.
love.
forgiveness.
acceptance.
compassion.
being seen.
truly seen. and
seeing others fully.
loving with our whole hearts
and being loved wholly.
i wish all these things for you, for everyone.
for the homeless man i met in the goodwill today
and the father who put back a pair of pants
to buy his child a $10 aquarium.
to the light falling through the
sycamore leaves of summer
and the knowledge
they will
let.go.and.let.in.

That thin thread of hope... strong as steel, pliable as a feather on the wind, the whisper in my prayer... letting go... so more love can move in... so more small words can stir my heart and bring me joy no matter the ache... love you sweet, sweet friend. Thank you for this space of meeting... XO
