And in this turning, I open my hand to catch the rays of light that stream from your words and images Rebecca. May they be seeds of love. I dream with you and hold that image of you coming up my walk and into the arms of our friendship, yet again. In the meantime, let us feast on the gifts of our circle and these small words that fill our soul and touch the world. I love you.


I was ready to wave goodbye to summer before it began. It's my least favorite season.

What a beautiful little bird!
I live on the plains of Northeastern Colorado. There are a lot of sunflowers here right now. There's a big ugly tree in front of the house that is made beautiful by all the birds that visit it. I occasionally see finches, but mostly sparrows and doves.
