bereft in sorrow
broken heart has lost its way
lost lost lost lost lost
how many years have we been meeting here
to celebrate love, light, gratitude and life?
today....
i lost my way.
no words.
no memory of friday.
no ability to rise above this deep well of loss
and sorrow.
may we be free from suffering and its causes.
may we be safe and loved.
may we be happy and of benefit to others.

Sweet friend... sending love... and asking that all these years of circles... hold you now... and that you might find comfort in our love echoing out towards you, with gentle strength... helping you to find your way through this loss and sorrow. Thank you Rebecca for this gift of you and all that your heart holds dear. Xo

So sorry to hear that you are having a bad time through the holidays Rebecca. There is no time that is good for loss and sorrow but I think they seem amplified during the holidays. Big hugs and lots of love coming your way.

I did not haiku this Friday Rebecca, but I am here anyway to tell you that you are loved and held dear by all who visit your haiku circle, and I have no doubt many, many others. I send love and comfort for whatever your loss may be.
