I'm imagining you emptying your pockets, Rebecca. Maybe I should empty mine too? Yes, I think so. And while I'm at it, I'll write a haiku or two. See you and everyone in the morning!

How I love the sychronicities that weave us together... you writing about stone fruits... me writing about knots in the heart... and here we gather at the fountain that is forever in my memories... where laughter and tears have joined these precious waters that hold the "coins of those who wished for something else..." here I am with all my heart joining your sweet heart and those who gather here to celebrate this letting go and marveling at the emerging light! XOXOXO

Have a lovely weekend, Rebecca.

It's odd, isn't it, that we like to hang on to our brokenness, as though it were our richest treasure. I'm hoping that I will learn to let my brokenness go, and to embrace the lasting treasures of love and friendship. May all of our hearts be made happy with haiku today!

Lovely haiku about letting go ~ Each day is a new day ~ put away yesterday with fond memories and move on ~ no need to 'suffer' ~ We are meant to live out the joy given to us at birth ~ each day is a new birth ~ those are my thoughts ~ for today ~ and thanks for asking the question ~ helping me be in the new day too ~ Wishing you a Happy One ~ xox

Joining you at the fountain letting go of dark heavy stones. Tossing a coin in or two and wishing for happier times.
