haiku my heart gathering

 

the weight of winter

falls from life's open branches

my path crosses yours

 

 

thank you.

for being as comforting as the seasons.

for shining your light and singing your song.

for meeting within the deepest blue,

a gathering of purple and pink;

and in the darker seasons 

between the stars.

for being a window of light

and a gift as beautiful as the stained sky.

and always all ways

for days that are graced with

your path crossing mine.
