Oh, dear sunflowers, keep laying down the darkness, and keep holding up the light! Our world so desperately needs light right now!

i have been sick with a weird rash and as i was recovering, the mosquitoes got my left eye. hardship after such a positive two weeks. yet.... in that impotent space i am still aware i come to you.

Beautiful thoughts and images Rebecca. I have been mixed up on the days, as we had been traveling, thus the extra message yesterday and a repeat of the post link. I do hope you are well, enjoying these golden days.

Lovely lovely picture and words. 'Dawn' makes me feel refreshed, renewed and ready to face another day.

Thank you for holding up the light every Friday!

Having spent the past 2 weeks in Paris, with one day in the Normandy region, the one thing I missed seeing was sunflowers (no doubt blooming profusely all over the south of France but not where I was), so these photos are extra special to me! Thank you for holding up the light for us to find here each Friday, Rebecca.

The sunflower house in my neighborhood is starting to show its colors again. These are such happy words and visuals.

Such a lovely bird! Beautiful post..I like the idea of stars becoming flowers. :)

I love how I feel whenever I spy one of these delightfully sun-filled birds sitting at my feeder. And sunflowers too make me grin with joy!
