when JOY enters you
a thousand clouds cannot stop
the sun in your heart
there are unlimited ways to forge a path to inner joy.
i have found filling the deep cup of soul
goes the longest in nurturing
the love light within.
this morning
as we gather to haiku our way into each others heart
i am wondering
what is your path to inner happiness?
what makes you feel as if you have swallowed the sun
so that your lovelight shines out
regardless of the climate around you?

My inner sun comes from experiencing nature...the wind in my hair, the sun on my skin, and even strolling in the garden or sitting where there's a view...then not much can take me from my center. Of course, I feel that way in Mexico...and when hanging out with
good friends, as well! We're off to camp at the Grand Canyon this weekend to recharge in just this way! Have a beautiful weekend!
