couched on memories
dreams linger in the garden
impatient for love
lovers of small words gather
willing to strip off the superfluous,
embrace the barest essence of expression,
visit each other with a
passion
and lie in wait for the next friday
to bloom all over again.

I dream of the garden, ripe with hopes for the future...expanding everyday.
So beautifully written, Rebecca!

"dreams linger in the garden", what a lovely line. We must take notice that the garden needs tending, before love can grow. Our impatience may negate this insight.
