The returning of the light is my favorite moniker...it carries with it the miracles of expansion! Now, in the cold of winter, when our nation has been rocked with grief and mourning...now is the time for this change to cleanse us and give us hope for our future. Let us, indeed, honor the light in each other, and nurture our connections to each other and the world.

Marit

Wonderful words Rebecca - and it is so comforting thinking as of now the light will return bit by bit, every day a little longer... stay warm my friend!

WabiSabi

Wonderful words, Rebecca! I ,too, chose the returning light to focus my thoughts and words this week. It comforts me to know that the light is always with us even in the darkness!

and am always reminded of one of my favorite Leonard Cohen lines

How happy I am to be here honoring one of my favorite of all days, this seed of light returning... may this day indeed ring a thousand bells of light in our hearts... I love the snow on your the spent flowers they remind of my cotton, bursting to be picked and spun into something else... XOXOXOXOXO

Everytime you hear bells, angel receives its wings. Lots of small angels have been received into the light this week.
