in the knowing hands of Beatrice.
suddenly we were enveloped in the warmth and aroma, the fragrant
elixir of one of the many gifts of mexico to the world,

when dipped our Dia de los Muertos Pan
into steamy foamy cups of pure
love our deep knowing and appreciation of mexico
only intensified.
we are all home now from an amazing journey into the heart of
san miguel de allende.

Brought up in a close Sicilian family, the kitchen was where we always gathered, women with aprons, and lots of food....
