Rufus seems very comfortable with your boulders and the very fine view.

Oh wow! I would say it's very unexpected company. Beautiful creature, but very dangerous is put on a spot. Take care, great photos.

Gorgeous! You are fortunate to see this be graced by the presence of this lovely cat!

Stopped my heart with its beauty.

It's a lynx, right? and a gorgeous creature it is.....was this guy in your yard, and slowly strode away? I doubt he would harm you, probably more afraid of humans than the other way around.....He is awesome...thanx

WOWOWOWOWOWZA! Stunning critter.

So beautiful! We had a bobcat stroll through our place a few years ago, and haven't seen one since. Looks like you were able to observe "him" for a bit and take in the beauty. Thanks for sharing...........

Wow oh wow! That's a most amazing sight.

Magical Mystical Teacher

Glorious, Rebecca!

He is gorgeous. I lived in a house on a mountaintop and saw one a few times and later a mountain lion from a distance. Rebecca you took such stunning photos of him. He posed for you! Wonderful observations. Somehow I am reminded of Fergus, and I realize that although domesticated, our animals are not far from these amazing creatures. What a blessing this is for you!

What a beautiful animal-and what a treat to have him visit you! Your photos are brilliant. I love the way that underneath is black and white and on top more orange coloured. My cat Lily has tabby stripes but a little ginger and faintly spotted belly.
PS sorry about the dodgy email-it all happened so fast!

awe...awesome capture.

How beautiful. Your photography is awesome. I would be completely awed if I saw that in my neck of the woods for more reasons than one.

Cheryl's Excellent Adventure

This was quite a find. How beautiful he is! Look at those black & white markings. I wonder what his mom looked like.

Rebecca, what an amazing experience to witness such a beauty. Spectacular!

Amazing Rebecca to get so many photo of this dear beautiful animal that could be dangerous ~ Wow! What a treasure ~ thanks, namaste, (A Creative Harbor) on Blogger
