cathedral of light
one prayer scissored from the sky
all life is holy
today may you wake to light
breathe deeply and
throw wide all the doors to the house of belonging,
i'll be waiting for you.
haiku my heart
lovers of small words gather
willing to strip off the superfluous,
embrace the barest essence of expression,
visit each other with a
passion
and lie in wait for the next friday
to bloom all over again.
thank you for linking back to
so more may join us
now come please,
haiku my heart
Beautiful pic and haiku.

Lovely and intense. The use of 'scissors' makes the prayer sound like it's going to get an immediate answer.
