The only true rapture is that of watching the sunrise and sunset and to realize that we can see it and fall in love with this beautiful Earth of ours every single day.

The garden is greening. Are you coming to tea soon? Love as always, more so.

Meri @ Meri's Musings

Aren't her words just delicious? I could eat them and live for days on just water and bliss.

Sue fox

Message well received my love, thank you for passing it on with beautiful images.

"which is gratitude, to be given a mind and a heart
and these body-clothes,
a mouth with which to give shouts of joy"

thank you for this beauty which has lifted and renewed my heart for this day... don't you just love "and these body-clothes?" they are weak, perhaps, they are worn, yet still able to do this oh so important work, of seeing... of rejoicing... of gratitude.

I love that Mary Oliver would spend her days in nature for hours and hours and hours and then write like this. Beautiful photos to go with her words! xoO

Ms. Moon

She and I obviously have the same employer.

deb @ talk at the table

I have to remember to be astonished even when I am just doing laundry and dishes ,
but yes.

love the photos rebecca, and know that I send love vibes always, even when I don't get a moment to be on the computer of late :)

For the Love of Rebecca:
This is such a perfect expression of your soul my dear friend. Your love for the natural world, your recognition of the sacred in all around you. And even when those body clothes become a bit heavy, may your heart and spirit always be light and filled with grace.
xoxo,
Noelle

Fran aka Redondowriter

I love all Mary Oliver poems but I love this one more because of your beautiful photos.
