Rebecca, it's just like you to find something so unique! I didn't even catch the opalescent skull until I re-read "enough to wake the dead!" and the yellow daisies in the eye sockets are people "in their fresh new eyes walking." So unusual and yet it really fits. We become snakes slithering out of our skins with each new spring. I can just hear the canary singing! Happy day!

you just ooze art and beauty and life.
and spring makes me dizzy too... even if it has only been teasing us a bit here.. :)

Love the "eyes" of flowers. I can see them in my minds eye as you describe, just because I want to, (It's snowing again here today LOL).
Thanks for that gift of lovely words and images

I love this piece of artwork! The way it came up on my screen, I just sae the bird and a few flowers at the top. Then I scrolled a little and saw the rest. Wow...what a cool surprise.
Your words are so exhilarating. Oh...to be dizzy with spring and have fresh new eyes!

phil

Alas, poor Yorick! I knew him, Horatio; a fellow of infinite jest, skull worthy of a vase.

or something like that.
